Ed is a senior litigator and counselor
at the firm. He is sought out by his clients for his ability to decisively
handle large litigation matters to achieve the best result.
Ed represents builders and professionals in construction cases involving
commercial properties, single family homes, townhomes and condominiums.
He has litigated cases involving subdivision-wide construction failures
and handled class action lawsuits involving building products and hundreds
of homes. He is a frequent lecturer at seminars for attorneys and construction
professionals and often appears before the Colorado Legislature on behalf
of builders. Ed participated in drafting numerous statutes related to
construction in Colorado. He has tried cases in both state and federal
courts and has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the
Tenth Circuit, the Colorado Supreme Court and the Colorado Court of Appeals.
Ed has received the preeminent "AV"
