Steve is a leading litigator and counselor at the firm. He focuses his practice on complex computer software litigation. Steve has successfully handled trials and arbitrations involving computer software performance claims throughout the United States and internationally. He has served as litigation counsel for J.D. Edwards & Company and PeopleSoft.

Steve also works with clients to develop effective business plans to avoid litigation or to place them in the best possible position should a claim be filed. Steve has specific expertise in the drafting and negotiation of Development Agreements and other contracts for technology companies.
